Abstract
An Act To Amend The Charter Of The City Of Memphis, And For Other Purposes, pt. 20: Allowed the city to regulate and prevent the carrying on of manufactories dangerous in causing or producing fires. Also allowed the city to regulate storage of gunpowder, gun cotton, and other cumbustible or explosive materials.
