Summary
This Somerset County game law regulated when and how guns could be used for hunting. It prohibited hunting certain game with a gun during closed seasons, banned night hunting with firearms and lights, restricted nonresidents from hunting with firearms without a county license, and made it unlawful to navigate certain waterways near waterfowl blinds while carrying guns or other weapons with intent to disturb or hunt wild fowl. Violations were generally punishable by fines and treated as misdemeanors.
