| dc.description.lawtext | SEC. 16. Whoever shall discharge any cannon, gun, pistol or other fire-arms in or across any street or other public place, or in or across any private lot, tract of land or other place not of his own property, without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Mayor of the city, if in a public place, or from the owner of the lot or land if in a private place, shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than three nor more than thirty dollars. | |
