SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Georgia, That from and after the passage of this Act, any person who shall shoot, kill, trap, snare, net, or otherwise destroy any deer, wild turkey, or partridge, in the county of Bibb, between the first day of April, and the first day of October of any year; or any person who shall buy, sell, or offer for sale any deer, wild turkey or partridge in said county, between the first day of April and the first day of October of any year, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished as prescribed in section 4310 of the Code of Georgia.
