AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED by the authority Aforesaid that no Captain or other Officer shall Appoint any place of Meeting for his Company (save Companys only Excepted) within the Distance of half a mile of any Inn or Tavern under the Penalty of Forty Shillings for every such Offence and that no person or persons shall presume to keep a Booth or tent or expose to sale at or Bring on any Pretence whatsoever any strong Liquor to such place of Meeting under the Penalty or Forty shillings for every such offence.
