Prohibited any person, firm, or corporation from giving away, selling, offering for sale, making, or manufacturing any toy pistol, fire cracker, or gun that shoots blank cartridges. Also prohibited receiving, owning, carrying, or shooting any such item.

Sec. 2059a. Sale or manufacture of forbidden. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to give away, sell or offer for sale, or to make or manufacture any toy pistol, firecracker—commonly known as cannon crackers—or gun that shoots a blank cartridge; and it shall be unlawful for any person to receive, own, carry or shoot any such toy pistol, gun or cannon cracker within this state.
