Be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That any person who shall hunt, kill, or attempt to kill, any game bird or animal within the county limits of the County of Bartow, State of Georgia, by and with the use of an automatic, or repeating shot-gun, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in Section 594(b) of Park's Code of Georgia for 1914. | |
