ORDINANCE NO. 6.
SHOOTING IN PUBLIC PLACE.
Be it ordained by the city council of the city of McKinney:
That if any person shall discharge any gun, pistol, or fire arms of any description on or across any public square, street or alley in the City of McKinney, he shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars.
