AN ORDINANCE prescribing the rates of Taxation for the City of Jackson.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Alderman of the City of Jackson, That the following rates of tax shall be assessed and collected within the limits, and for the use of the Corporation of the City of Jackson: . . .
ART. 7. Upon bowie-knives, duelling or other pistols, each, five dollars.
