| dc.description.lawtext | Sec. 3. Whoever shall within the city carry or wear under his or her clothes, or conceal about the person, any dangerous or deadly weapon, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars, or be imprisoned not exceeding thirty days, or both. Sec. 4. Whoever shall within the city draw any species of firearms, or any dirk, dagger, knife or other dangerous or deadly weapon on the person of another, shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars, or be imprisoned not exceeding thirty days, or be both fined and imprisoned. Sec. 5. If any person shall threaten or traduce another or shall use any language, or indulge in any conduct towards another tending to produce a disturbance of the peace, or shall challenge another to fight, or if any two persons shall agree to fight, or shall by agreement actually fight, each person so offending, shall on conviction, be fined in any sum not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or be imprisoned not more than thirty days, or be both fined and imprisoned. | |
